For conference participants we have arranged hotel rooms at multiple hotels in and around Wageningen. You need to make the reservations yourself. Please make sure to book your hotel in time. If you want to book a room at one of the pre-reserved hotels , please follow the steps outlined below.

To book a room at the WICC, you need to go to the following website: www.wicc.nl/en. There, you fill in your details and a code ("Block code"). This code shows that you are booking one of the rooms reserved for the conference. Each type of room has a unique code. The codes and rooms are as follows:

• 537742 for the Single Room (€118)

• 895060 for the Single Deluxe (€128)

• 762427 for the Olive Lead Compact Double (single use) (€136)

• 550364 for the Twin Room (single use) (€128)

• 379668 for the Plant Leaf Twin (single use) (€146)

• 602350 for the Moss Leaf Twin Deluxe (single use) (€156)

Important: The codes are valid for the period 14 October 2025 to 17 October 2025. If you want to book a room within a different period, you need to email to sales@wicc.nl.

All rooms are including breakfast.

Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant De Wageningsche Berg 

This hotel is 35 minutes walking, 14 minutes cycling, or 16 minutes by public transport from the venue.

ReeHorst Hotel

This hotel is situated in a different city but close to the train station Ede-Wageningen (Wageningen itself does not have a train station). It takes 30 minutes by public transport to reach the venue.

’t Paviljoen Hotel Rhenen

This hotel is situated in the city of Rhenen which also has a train station. It takes 25 minutes by public transport to get from the hotel to the venue.
